When you leave your 2^nd home in order to go back to your primary residence, you also take with you “anxiety”.

My “Snow Bird Service” takes a load off of your shoulders by conducting periodic checks of your home.

As a Licensed and Bonded Home inspector (SC lic. # rbi-2020) I am qualified to inspect the exterior and interior

of your residence and to alert you to any problems that may exist or develop.

Key responsibilities

I will do a thorough walk around of the property looking for any signs of intrusion, breakage, or anything out of place.

The interior inspection consists of a complete walkthrough, checking that all doors and windows and any entryways are locked.

Check all plumbing for any signs of leakage.

Check that all security measures are in place.

Check that all thermostats are properly set.

I will be your “eyes and ears” while you are away.

Just as no two homes are exactly alike, my prices vary. A consultation is required before a price is set.

As a baseline, a 3 bedroom 2 bath home will receive weekly inspections for about $75 per month.
