Prices listed here can fluctuate due to many factors such as labor, material and energy costs. Home Inspectors do not perform repairs and we do not provide cost estimates in our reports. This list has been prepared to serve as a guideline and to provide "ball park" estimates for common repair / replace items. These costs are for a typical small to medium house . It is always best to get a signed bid by a licensed and qualified contractor. Get three bids if possible. The lowest bid may not be the best in the long term.
Please note: Recent construction cost increases may make some of these prices lower than you will find locally.
